A picture book has a lot of moving parts.
Characters need to look like the same characters from page 1 to page 32.
The illustrations need to work together as a visual story.
The text needs room to breathe.
The cover needs to belong to the same world.
And somewhere along the way, someone has to make sure everything actually works as a book.

01 — VISUAL DEVELOPMENT

We establish the visual language of the book before the final artwork begins.
Character design, expressions, environments, props, colour direction and visual references — all developed with the story in mind.
03 — COVER & BOOK DESIGN
Making everything belong together.
The cover, illustrations, typography and page layouts are brought together into one cohesive visual world.
I can handle the placement of text and artwork, page composition and overall book design so the finished book feels like a complete piece — not a collection of separate elements.
02 — STORYBOARD & ILLUSTRATION
From rough ideas to finished scenes.
I plan how the story unfolds visually across the pages, refine the characters and create the illustrations that carry the reader through the book.
Sketches are approved before I move into final artwork, keeping the process clear and collaborative.
04 — FINAL PRODUCTION
Ready for the next step.
Once everything is approved, I prepare the final artwork and book files according to your specifications, including dimensions, bleed, colour setup and export requirements.

You have one person keeping an eye on the whole visual picture.
